Clinical Features
- Slowly growing nodule on digit
- Often painless
- May cause nail deformity
Location
- Acral: fingers and toes (classic)
- Periungual and subungual region
- Palm of hand and sole of feet
Imaging
- MRI: myxoid mass with fibrosis
- Radiograph: may show Bone erosion
Pathology
Myxoid or collagenous troma with bland fibroblasts
Genetics
Deletion of RB1 gene
Treatment
Marginal excision
Prognosis
Low recurrence if completely excised
