- MRI: well-defined fat and myxoid components
- T2 bright areas mixed with lipid
Pathology
- Primitive mesenchymal cells and immature fat
- Myxoid stroma
- No atypia

Treatment
- Marginal excision curative
- Observation if asymptomatic
Prognosis
Excellent - no malignant potential
