- Ultrasound: hyperechoic mass
- MRI: T1 bright, suppresses on fat-sat
Pathology
- Mature Adipose tissue
- No atypia
- Thin Fibrous capsule

Treatment
- Observation for asymptomatic lesions
- Excision for cosmetic reasons or if symptomatic
Prognosis
Excellent - no malignant potential
